I also had a racist encounter here. I was first in line and the cashier went out of his was to completely ignore me and move on to the lady behind me in line, didn’t even say a word to me or look at me. Is this a standard here??
Never had a bad experience, service can be slow this a busy restaurant. Food was great after the long wait.

I placed an order and the pancakes were dry and collapse very easily! The hash browns were burnt as well. I want to enjoy my food not throw it away!!
You can issue complaints through their customer service center, typically online. Sometimes companies will give you some form of compensation if you were extremely dissatisfied with the food. Make sure to take pictures of any issues you had and send them with your complaint.
Is there Free Wi-Fi 24 hours?
I believe there is. Most places seem to have internet these days. :)
